Broadway in Atlanta recently announced its 2004-2005 season, with some goodies in store. At the top of the list is the Tony Award-winning “Hairspray,” based on John Water’s film, which arrives next February. Bruce Vilanch has been with the national tour since its beginning, though whether he will be with the show a year from now remains to be seen. The season also includes “Chicago,” “Little Shop of Horrors,” the Billy Joel/Twyla Twarp collaboration “Movin’ Out” and a new musical featuring gay fave Patti Lupone.
