Rosie O’Donnell (The Rosie O’Donnell Show, The View, Nip/Tuck) is one of the Executive Producers, and Amanda Bearse (best known as “Marcy” on Married…with Children) is the Director of Logo Channel’s The Big Gay Sketch Show. Logo, a division of MTV, is bringing the complete first season of the show to DVD, but not in stores! Logo’s sister company Paramount Home Entertainment (both are ultimately owned by Viacom) isn’t putting it out at retail, but at Logo Online you can find a listing for The Big Gay Sketch Show – The Complete Unrated 1st Season.: Click Here To Pre-Order

This 2-DVD set normally costs $26.99 SRP, but is currently being sold there for $21.99 and, at the moment, comes with a bonus 3rd DVD of “The Outlaugh Festival on Wisecrack” (with Margaret Cho, Jason Stuart, Cashetta, Karen Ripley, Nora of the Nellie Olesons, Bruce Vilanch, Jason Dudey, Lisp and Havana of the Gay Mafia, and Suzanne Westenhoefer). Besides that bonus disc, though, there are also some extras on the main two-disc release:

Big Gay Bonus Sketches
Celesbian Interview
Team Pimp’s Sexy New Music Video
And More!

This is currently on pre-order at the link above, and will ship beginning on Wednesday, November 7th. Our thanks to longtime reader Roni Finklestein for tipping us off about this item. Will this ever be sold in stores? We’re not sure, so if you want it, best to get it online and be certain to get it. Here’s the show description:
