Any St. Louisan who has been stuck in traffic behind a bus has noticed the Crack Team’s line – “Mr. Happy Crack says a dry crack is a happy crack!” Bob Kodner, who owns the foundation repair business, is the mastermind behind the concept. He is also a fan of comedian Bruce Vilanch, the star of “Hairspray” at the Fox. Kodner had a hunch the comedian would enjoy his offbeat humor and sent Vilanch some T-shirts and a pair of boxer shorts bearing the snappy quip. Vilanch liked the shirt so much he invited Kodner backstage Saturday night, where he sported a Crack Team shirt for a photo with Kodner and his wife, Beth.
